Healthy foods and physical fitness are much easier and cheaper than you think. Baled It! is a nonprofit that seeks to promote healthy eating and physical activity for disparate communities using relatively inexpensive non-traditional methods such as straw bale gardening, simple exercises, and readily available equipment. Consistent physical activity can lead to a significant reduction in a number of health problems and there are many different non-traditional ways to exercise.

Healthy Foods
Healthy foods are easy to find with just a little effort. Straw bale gardens are a cheap and effective alternative to expensive gardens and overpriced foods at the grocery store.

Stress Relief
When a healthy diet and regular physical activity become a daily routine, stress relief is an obvious result. Together, these three lifestyle choices lead to a longer and healthier life.
How to Volunteer
Baled It! hosts a number of events and programs designed to benefit the local community through healthy diets and exercise. Because our programs require time and effort, we are constantly searching for extra support.
